  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and customers can choose the option that best suits their needs.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If we experience any delays, we will notify you promptly via email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all U.S. addresses. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to include international delivery in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package and estimated delivery date. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, please note that factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs hold-ups, may cause delays in your shipment. In such cases, we recommend checking the tracking information and contacting the carrier for updates.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist in arranging a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if necessary.
  • Lost Items: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it. If the package cannot be located, we will initiate a replacement or refund process.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Insurance

For orders over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your order in case of loss or damage during transit. This can be selected at checkout.
