Refund and Returns Policy

At AES Beauty LLC, we want you to love every product you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to help with returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below for all the details on how to return or exchange items.

Return Window

  • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, including all packaging and seals.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you’d like to exchange your item for a different product, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare, makeup, and personal care items.
  • Hair care products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Step 1: Contact us at nickel@aesbeautys.shop or call 701-405-8848 to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Step 2: We will send you instructions for returning the item(s) to us, along with a return authorization form to include with your package.
  3. Step 3: Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. Please ensure items are securely packaged, and include the original packing slip if possible. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to us.
  4. Step 4: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5-7 business days to process.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent you the wrong or defective item).
  • If you are returning an item worth over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is safely delivered to us.
